CUDORAE LTD provides a clear and reliable warranty policy for all hardware supplied, including desktop PCs, laptops, workstations, servers, components, and accessories.
All warranties begin from the date stated on the invoice. Warranty terms may vary depending on the type of product supplied — details are provided below.

Desktop PCs
All new desktop systems are supplied with a 3-year limited warranty as standard.
Extended coverage up to 5 years can be arranged for business clients under managed service agreements.

Laptops and Notebooks
All laptops are supplied with a 2-year limited warranty as standard.
Business clients may request extended coverage for up to 3 years upon agreement.

Monitors and Displays
All monitors are supplied with a 2-year warranty covering parts and labour.

Workstations and Servers
Professional workstations and server units are supplied with a 3-year standard warranty.
Optional 5-year extended warranty is available upon request and is calculated at 30% of the product value at the time of purchase.

Tablets and Mobile Devices
CUDORAE LTD supplies only brand-new tablets and mobile devices. These are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty — typically 1 year. Please contact the manufacturer directly for specific warranty details.

Components and Accessories
Individual components such as processors, memory modules, hard drives, graphics cards, power supplies, and similar hardware are supplied with a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Some items, including external power supplies, are covered for 6 months.
Brand-new SSD drives are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, please contact support@cudorae.com.
Include your invoice number, product description, and a brief explanation of the fault.
Our team may request photos or serial numbers to help diagnose the issue.
If a fault cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide an advance replacement, shipping a replacement unit and arranging collection of the faulty one.
Detailed instructions for packaging and return will be provided by our support team.
When a product becomes obsolete, CUDORAE LTD reserves the right to replace it with an item of equivalent or higher specification.

Warranty Exceptions
The CUDORAE LTD warranty does not cover:
• Accidental or malicious damage.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Systems modified after purchase without prior approval.
• Damage caused by improper environment (e.g. excessive dust, humidity, or exposure to moisture).
Products found to have corrosion, dust contamination, or evidence of unauthorised modification may have their warranty declared void.

Please ensure that all important files and data are backed up before returning any system or hard drive.
CUDORAE LTD cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or software during inspection or repair.
